You really don't know why you are here do you? There's really only a couple reasons

You still need to cover your bosses shares so that's why you were hired.

Or you have been aiding to help acquire a very large position which has required much shorting but theres not much liquidity.

Now both are actually possible because of the lack of liquidity and folks realizing that the value of the company is going up and it's completely undervalued now. So you have to create shares.

Since you don't really know why, I am asking what your best guess might be.
