I think I'll do a r/s so that I can get fresh new shares to dilute.
Oh, wait a minute. I already have almost 6 billion Authorized Shares that I can dilute that I haven't touched in almost a year. Guess I don't need to r/s...

R/S doesn't make sense unless to up list. If up-listing is the plan, go for it.
Again, if anyone can give me a good reason to r/s other than up list at this point, I'm listening.
