Think about it. The main reason for a scam company to do a r/s is to have billions of news shares to dilute.

CGAC already have almost 6 billion shares to dilute if they wanted to. Again, the entire reason for a scam CEO to R/S is to dilute shares.

The only reason to r/s at this level is to up list.

Besides, apparently Logan isn’t even ready to up list as nothing has been filed to do a r/s.

It’s all noise.
