****ANOTHER 200 MILLION VOTES CREATED BUT NOT ISSUED****

It looks like the Douchebag CEO is planning to be give himself another 200 MILLION votes (on top of the 600 MILLION that he already has) "soon".

He reclassified another 2 shares into Series A preferred (voting) shares (each worth 200 MILLION votes), but only gave himself one.

In other words the A/S for Series A (special voting shares) has increased from 2 to 4, and the O/S for them is now 3.

"On March 26, 2024, the Company authorized the reclassification of two shares of Preferred stock into Series A preferred stock as approved by the board of directors.

On March 26, 2024, the Company issued one share of Series A preferred stock to Mr. Thompson, our CEO and founder."
