****NEW SUBSIDIARY, PRODIGY SILK, NOT MENTIONED IN LATEST SEC FILING****

About a month ago, KBLB stated that they were creating a new subsidiary called Prodigy Silk, yet it doesn't show up in the recent SEC Annual 10-K for 2023 that was just filed last week.

It should have shown up in the "Subsequent Events" section.

That means that the subsidiary probably doesn't exist yet. Since the "Spring" trials are scheduled to take place there, it just adds more delays....

Wash, rinse, repeat....

"March 6, 2024 - The Investment License application is part of the creation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary of Kraig Labs, to be named Prodigy Silk. Prodigy Silk will be headquartered in the Company’s recently announced facility in Lam Dong Province."
