My interpretation

- Nick is done with the small retail investors, he is prepare to let the share price fall to where ever it may fall believing that if his plan comes together share price will take care of itself.

- he is no longer going to provide to those that want to harm SNPW with ways to harm SNPW ,like harassing the property agent of the Elba property, spreading false information from a phone call JamesHL made to GEP Solar where he was claiming that SNPW lying about having a exclusive distributorship with GEO New Energy only to later we found out the person on the other end of the call was the one with the wrong information.
