The Good Neighbor Committee (for Denver's LoDo area):

still lists Takiza Taco at 1519 Wynkoop St as of the March 2024 report.

It isn't open there yet, and maybe it never will be ... but last year Nixon did go to the trouble of getting his H&R license through them, and the restaurant is listed in red, meaning it (also) has a Good Neighborhood Agreement, which I presume isn't the sort of thing that is handed out lightly.
