"Another Green Day…….how nice!"

...Where are you today? The past 2 closings someone stepped up in at the closing minutes with a minor purchase to close at the ask amidst all the dumping to paint a pretty picture. Why didn't someone tap the ask again? They had a whole minute and a quarter to do that at the closing after the last dump. Wasn't that enough time to do so?
