According to the 10K released on March 29th,SPZI has zero dollars.Zero revenue,this company is dead.The new companyJPE3 Holdings is 100% controlled by John Park.No conversion has been stated.So I believe every investor is on thin ice.When the NEW company starts trading under the New symbol,how many shares will you have?Many questions are still unanswered.Buyer beware.It's your money,do as you will.Good luck and good trading.
