If they started today,it would not be in operation for at least 5 years.This project or non-project is nothing.If your investing or not investing because of this project,then your out to lunch.What are they doing today?Where are the revenues heading today.What is the bottom line today?Five,ten years down the road,pie in the sky projects mean nothing.It's your money people,does as you will.Good luck and good trading.
