It's purely information...1) - Has not been filed with EDGAR and once filed it will take 30 days. 2) - It will not occur with PPS this low as it would have no gain for an uplist. I would HOPE Logan puts together a "Letter to Holders" to clarify future plans and goals, that sure would help. IMO
