The A/S does not get the split. Only the O/S.
Much like any class of preferred shares can be R/S or F/S without affecting the O/S or another class of Preferred shares.

O/S goes to 4m
A/S remains at 4B unless the BOD wants to raise or lower the A/S in a seperate action.
This is why so many shit the bed when a split is announced.
No one is going to park $100B of market cap into any maxed out A/S just to lose half that much value to a bunch of nobodies.

A R/S, especially this big tells me the merger of $100'sM to $Billions is coming in.

This piss ant $16m market cap is going up regardless. But who knows in the short term.
