I do realize - but it is not new - we knew NH received some payments in shares - that was accrued.

We ASKED FOR the ESPP plan for the employees - so I am Ok with it.

But think of the upside of these 33 catalysts we have in our back pocket.

I hope you do not behave like your Alias says - and that you think of going long.
