DTI thanks not sure about it yet

I think the lineage of the company, and it’s management/ownership is important for a SPAC.

I like the idea of oil services not only because oil is high, but because of the enormous energy needs they are suggesting AI will consume. Energy in general may be a back door AI play, and we will need a lot more of it regardless of price.
