I disagree. Late filing has nothing to do with the company business. It has to do with either the Accounting firm needing more time or the Corporate Counsel who needs additional time to review. Look at the NT 10-K it was prepared and filed by the RXMD and NXPL lawyers - not Fernandez.

Challenges make life interesting, Overcoming them make life meaningful.
