Interesting question Learning , I don't know for a fact , but I read on couple of message boards it was FDA.

If true , it would be very interesting..

And what Amarex did to CYDY produced losses in billions to our company , billions !!!!!

If combo HIV will be approved 2019 , with 81 % efficacy , when other 2 approved drugs at the time,
maraviroc 45% efficacy and black box warning , and ibalizumab with 43% efficacy , every 2 weeks IV infusion,
this only will be couple of billions yearly !!
