It doesn't matter what happened. Fake company, remember? On the OTC all that matters is the stock price. This one has been de-listed for so long that its stock price is actually less than zero. So any information about Mills, projects, etc. is just useless chatter and worthless conversation. Your curiosity is admirable but not relevant at this point.
