Just stop! This isn't TSNP. Sharp demonstrated his ineptitude by posting tweets insinuating a big reverse merger was on the way.
Then, blindside investors with a crappy non-reverse merger.
Then, blames a handful of anonymous bashers on stock message boards when the deal falls through.
That's on Sharp.

Where's company #2?
Sharp blocked me on twitter when I started asking questions.
He blew an opportunity to retire at the end of the year, with a horrible deal that didn't even go though.

I'll need to see action, not words or tweets, before I change my opinion.
Still holding over 1m shares.
Maybe next year, but I'll believe it when I see it.
