Exactly, 90 days should be enough time. So, think about it, what reason would cause a delay in filing at this stage of the company given the most recent announcements? My theory is there is some catalyst pending that is close enough that they want to include it in the upcoming public info drops. There really is no other reasoning that seems plausible. This very well might just be a positive sign. We will know within 2 weeks.
