We've heard this before but speaking with him he speaks with confidence that it will be done.

Forgive me for calling nonsense, because one, no one knows who you are and two, scammers can lie on the phone, and what he allegedly gave you can be insider information because no one gives out predictions or plans to random shareholders on the phone. They can't just give corp information to a single shareholder who just so happens to turn right around and posts it to a public advertising chat board.

If they do what it takes to get SEC registered then we can get a semi-verifiable source of information through SEC if the company is sincere.
I've made my points here today and choose not to waste board space on attacks at my character that are sure to start.
