Denver has Jurisdiction over WY and OPTI-CRIME is a WY filed corp - and a NON-ACTIVE/REVOKED one at that for FAILURE TO PAY TAXES and FAILURE TO FILE CORP UPDATES with WY Secretary of State !

NO CEO and NO corp officers or Board of Directors per seated judge in San Diego formal court order aka Roger Pawson was the SOLE and ONLY officer of now defunct OPTI rendering it a SHELL CORP and I'd note that to the OTC + the SEC. OPTI is a "SHELL" by ALL legally accepted definitions now !!
