He is the most desperate lawyer I have seen in my life of 63 years, for what he calls a dead company, he is an IPO lawyer and he knows the real value of this government owned biotechnology company with a licence and in contracts with big names which is being restructured to join into a merger which I believe oil companies are also in this deal with KKR/Lcyb (multiple step transactionS)
