You are correct, there is no reason at all except to rip off investors. I find it mind-boggling that investors like our friend Mr. Condor and others accept that kind of shenanigans as just the actions of a legitimate startup mining company. Instead of being furious about that....they're mad at social media posters? Bizarre.

It is nothing more than way to transfer dollars from the pockets of investors to the pockets of a "lender" (i.e. the crooks running this show).
