It confirms what the market thinks of Kevin's involvement with UBQU means. Zero bid, worthless stock. These announcements and news releases are believed by the market as the intention to only sell shares by the company.

How about Kevin discussing buying back shares with his and his investors funds rather than diluting the stock with 2.7b more shares to the O/S structure. He can discuss a worthless stock that he is involved with now.

Based on their track record, he will only discuss how the future looks so good and all the things they are doing to make the company better. Been there, done that.
