Interesting since 12.5 cents times 5b = $625,000,000 market cap. BUT Google shows $26m -- https://www.google.com/finance/quote/RGLG:OTCMKTS. Yahoo Finance is the same: https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/RGLG?.tsrc=fin-srch. BOTH of these would reflect less than 250 authorized shares. Seems like you can say "liar" all you want while spouting unqualified misinformation.
