Re "Ask still increasing"

I hold a very small position in this, and don't have L2, but what does "Ask still increasing" mean? My account says the ASK is $0.0001/1,386,111, which isn't very much these days.

As ridiculous as this question sounds, is L2 showing an increase in the ask above .0001?
