If the only thing I knew about RVNC was that they had the most superior Botulinum toxin on the market for years ahead, would that automatically confer/ bestow immediate stock value

That makes the assumption that sales will grow at an appropriate pace. One can do that. Or one can take the approach that sales can't be assumed and look for development of market share first. There are also other approaches.

Given no announcement on the final borrowing tranche, it appears there is a bonus day or two before we find out the material information on that loan, or if it was not made. Traders place your bets!
