$WDLF Form 15 Update: From Investor Website:

Decentral Life and its Board believes it is in the best interests of the Company to file:

(1.) a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to suspend SEC reporting requirements (“Suspension of SEC Reporting”);

and (2.) subsequent to the filing of the Form 15, the Company will report on OTC Markets instead (“as an OTC Markets filer”);

and (3.) to reconvene SEC reporting requirements in the future when it is in the best interests of the Company;

and (4.) to identify the timing to reconvene SEC reporting requirements at such a time as an up listing to a major U.S. stock exchange would have the greatest chance of success for the company and the shareholders.

and (5.) in consistency of the Company filing an 8-K on January 2, 2024 that cancelled the previously approved reverse stock split because it no longer aligned with our business plan to up list the company to a major U.S. stock exchange within the twenty-four-month time frame that was approved in the May 31, 2023 Corporate Action filed on the SEC EDGAR filing system.
