Yes and we get to keep all the revenue now from when they start a Vast Tag program. Not even a few weeks away I believe. Your talking potentially many millions of dollars in revenue. Before LocalBTV went dark they tested the Maybacks network and it retrieved almost 2 MM impressions in one day. That is 60 MM per month or 720 MM per year divided by the CPM of 1000 which gives you 720,000 that is multiplied by the rate card which will average $8 per vast tag ad for a yearly number of over $5 MM in revenue. Thats just within their own network. They are working on major partnerships in exchange for their content that he said would bring a huge universe of impressions per day for additional revenue. He couldn't elaborate what that number was but he said a lot larger that their own network.
