Look what I just found on the Outdoorsmen website; . . .

This past Friday (March 29th) we executed a Letter Of Intent (LOI) to acquire and merge into Outdoorsmen.com, Inc. a $10.25 Million Dollar Outdoor Recreation Land Development Project in Parachute, Colorado. This is the first of multiple Outdoorsmen land acquisitions over the next few months, and it will be slated for the new corporate headquarters of Outdoorsmen.
