Company gave a brand new business operation update in the annual report, and confirmed in new writing that the merger is still in progress.

It sounds like the route for you to take is to stay out of this play until you have the solid answers you are looking for. Simple as that really.

OTC runs on speculation, and there is enough new solid info the company has just provided for an uptrend continuation IMO.
