KKR owns Lcyb and therefore has to pay Bioamber's shareholders, sorry but the 4 3M for everything doesn't finalize until shares are bought out unless KKR and government pays secretly people involved to commit fraud and get away, I don't believe that's the case here because KKR makes aquisition investments for 5 years to restructure a company and find partners for it before they bring it back public in a merger
