Upper Management is what have ruin this company by misplacing million of dollars as the 10k has not been filed and the stock is at $.02 because of bad management. You have to read the blogs about former employees who worked for the Fisker’s are like a dictatorship from I read. I’m holding some shares but will not buy one more share unless I see some insider buys by management.
