Perma's have no concept of costs associated with handling materials. The further you have to transport a raw material to process into a finish product the less money you make. Now refine the math even further that the "yield" is in the realm of ounces per ton or grams per ton of material processed and the math of moving material any distance from its source simply doesnt work. If they built a Whitecastle burger joint in the sugar cane field it would make more money than attempting to haul raw material 17 miles from its source. Doesnt matter if it is the only remote processing facility within 100 miles. Nobody processes low grade ore away from the source because there is zero profit in it. This processing facility will turn out just like the state of the art AABB token exchange.
