What does Fiduciary Duty have to do with KEGS purchasing Maggies on the River? Clearly Maggies on the River is in the best interests of KEGS shareholders, which will bring instant revenue/sales for KEGS (especially from the total solar eclipse happening on April 8th)!

Maggie's is being purchased by 1812 ON THE RIVER, LLC (DOS #7193812) is a Domestic Limited Liability Company in Watertown, New York registered with the New York State Department of State (NYSDOS). They have no connection to KEGS
