I would love to hear the details about whatever it was that happened. Just seems like they had to know what they were getting into, so things must've REALLY gone south. AS/OS was ~6 BILLION when they acquired EcoTech, so just another round of meme or actually doing something might have gotten VPER to .02, but after jacking the AS to 20 BILLION and stating they were going to sell 13 BILLION shares at .0002 pretty much killed any chance of .02. Although, if my theory about the preferreds being immune to a reverse split ever turns out to be correct, they would have just had to wait until then, then start selling and hope they sold everything at a .02 average while the price cratered.
What an amazing company.
