Anyone else confused on how this hub and spoke deal will look? I can only assume that it means parent will remain private and will only take certain companies public. Meaning, they are taking value off table for existing shareholders by doing smaller spins down the road shedding smaller company stock as dividends to shareholders over however long parent remains private.
