That is complete BS.

The Douchebag gives himself about a $MILLION a year in compensation for doing just about nothing.

He also purchased land in TX which the company (aka shareholders) paid for over time. That land was a total waste of money.

He charges the company (aka shareholders) $MILLIONs of $s in compounded interest on loans.
