Tequila mine was listed for sale for over 8 years before they became involved in a JOINT VENTURE, couldn't even buy it with all of their cash. And why did they need Torres to put 2 million into the coffers if they have all of this cash. The shadiest company I've ever bought shares in, and let's not forget my 2 absolutely worthless, tradeless dividends. I contacted scotia investment about my dividends and they replied that they aren't tradeable and aren't released.
