'heenster', Ebay is not a contractor versus ADC is a contractor. The only relationship CKYS has with Ebay is the use of their system of commerce just like other products sold on its site. With a main contractor such as ADC, it is ADC responsibility to ensure product is delivered on time, product is operational, and that the contract is met.
