Its not Houmu then, which already has a business ID and filings with the nvsos system. You can't have the same company filed/registered as different entity types unless the prior status is revoked.

AND - if it really is a private/non-commercial business then you would not be able to see filings because nothing is required like for a sole proprietorship (personal trainer, consultant etc) and they would not be listed on an exchange, even EM.

So still no idea where or what kind of website you are getting your 'information' from because it simply does not make any sense.
