Yes share structure still good, however financials are a mess, nobody is leading the ship, Carnes and Co are subject of lawsuit for fraud.

I might buy simply as a gamble in anticipation of some sort of deal on the lawsuit later this year to avoid it going to trial... if this tanks below a penny next week.
