In our case, we need the cash for our operations.

The share price is not right - we have proven that in the past.

The share price that will count is the one for the buyout !

As I wrote yesterday, there are many possibilities on the table - from Calendar to moving to Nasdaq, to buy-out. The books have to be up to date.

Knowing what we know about the company (See NASDAQ2020's list of catalysts) this can be only for upside...
