PSIX that’s good news. I didn’t like the debt structure considering the junior position is a subsidiary of a state owned Chinese company (junior to the Standard Charter loan). Hopefully they continue to work on reducing debt.

I don't mind stealing bread from the mouths of decadence... But I can't feed on the powerless when my cup's already overfilled.
