It’s that 2 year waiting period from the time Spin Off sub merges with SPAC is what got me in the end. I think I kept forgetting that part. I know I talked about it with you guys but somehow I mixed it up with that 5 year period of active business continuance that messed with me. It’s the waiting periods that you have to be aware of. All hindsight now but it certainly affected me here on all levels. Any ways. I’m done. Truth hurts. Invo did their 10K today. Nothing exciting. Just another amendment. Be well and stay safe.
