(1) You have recognized participating to a pump Cytodyn article on ZeroHedge, with an anonymous author that did not disclose his financial interest in the company. Do you maintain here that this article was legal? Yes or no

(2) You have stated publicly, several times, that you had no sweet deals with Cytodyn (e.g., price discounts and/or free shares or warrants). Then, you have inadvertently disclosed right after in a separate public discussion that you had had a sweet deal. Was hiding this honest? Yes or no
