The presidential award is what puts this at possibly .05 with LEGITIMATE deals, true story. Without it, .01 with ease! Anyone who says a ticker with 11 billion shares outstanding can't hit a penny is fooling themselves. I've seen tickers with much larger share structures go to multi pennies. I've been in the OTC for a minute and it is now my living.
