Yep regarding my position in CYDY I have both the moral high ground and the financial win

I have called it a failure and a scam right from the beginning, this was public, direct and detailed with all the analysis to support my claims. Search my first posts here and on twitter.

Fast forward 3 years: the management “errors” have followed all my predictions at every step, together with the stock price

I was far from the only shortseller, and certainly not the most experienced nor the first here - i have initially discovered this stock interested to invest as a long (the stock had popped up on one of my algos screen). I have just read all the facts, the longs and short thesis across many websites, and determined that short-sellers had excellent points, that longs were of the worst kind (cult behaviors, perfect victims for a pump & dump) and that the company was indeed running a pump & dump scam to defraud mom & pop investors.

That’s where my moral high ground comes from: denouncing a scam and doing so in a public and documented manner. It would have been way easier for me to follow lazily the longs, echo the cult chamber, and dump on them at the top. As an unwelcome short I made money in the process and saved (i hope) a few naive investors from piling more cash into the furnace - great for me and for them.
