As we've discussed the filings are dirt cheap, but there is a yearly fee think its about $5K from OTC Markets that they scam from companies, I'd have to check, so until he has money in hand I dont think we'll see filings. The other thing to consider is that we may want to move back to SEC Reporting at one point for legitimacy, but first things first lets actually execute on a deal and get revenues which I believe for oil deal would be immediate for functioning wells, but I dont want to assume anything after what we've been thru.
