It would have a future if revenues go up and there is actual profit that can be put back into the business. Otherwise it seems that management's only tactic is to try to find ways to sell shares into the market. So far that includes merging with another company and then putting news out surrounding that event. It feels like they then try to think up any information that they can put out to entice people to buy the stock so they can sell. Of course, no one believes them anymore.
They need to find funding to buy back shares to effectively move the stock up. But as long as their only goal is to sell the remaining 20b shares of the A/S, the stock will struggle. They need to prove that is not the case and in fact lower the O/S amount to have any credibility.
